CHIE is made from 100% natural fragrance ingredients. Each raw material has been carefully selected and sourced from “Trees of God” found all around the world. Agarwood from Indonesia, Palo santo from Peru, Hinoki from Japan, etc.

These “Trees of Gods” are fragrant trees that have been used for prayer, purification, and wisdom since ancient times. Developed to fit our daily lifestyles, Chie has been brought to you from nature and conveniently packed into a 30 stick box. 

The word “CHIE” means the ability to see things as they really are and to recognize the truth. Keeping true to the purity of this ancient wisdom, Chie does not use synthetic oils and is made only with natural aromatic ingredients in powder form. In order to make the incense naturally, each product’s burning time has not been altered or adjusted, preserving its natural qualities and uniqueness.

Agarwood (Aloeswood): Harvested in Indonesia, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 45 minutes 

Agarwood is the damaged part of a tree that has turned into resin over a long period of time. It is characterized by a honey-like sweetness with the warmth of wood. 

Frankincense: Harvested in Somalia, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 70 minutes.

Frakincense selected for Chie is the resin from Boswellia Carterii tree. It delivers a refreshing aroma of citrus and spice. 

Purification: Palo santo, Hinoki (Japanese cypress) & Sandalwood, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 60 minutes. 
Purification is a blend of the Peruvian “sacred tree” palo santo, the leaves of the Japanese hinoki, and Australian sandalwood. An ideal fragrance for purifying your spirit. 

Sandalwood: Harvested in Australia, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 45 minutes.

Sandalwood is an evergreen tree in which its aroma comes from the core. It has a robust sweetness with a tart-top note. 

Meditation: Agarwood, sandalwood, & benzoin. Made in Japan. Burn time approx. 45 minutes.

Meditation is a blend of Indonesian agarwood, Australian sandalwood and sweet Laos benzoin, with a hint of vanilla. The fragrance is perfect for calming your mind, or Foch use during meditation.

White Sage: Harvested in United States, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 45 minutes.

White sage is a perennial herb that has been used for sacred purification, known for its refreshing quality. 

Copal: Harvested in Peru, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 45 minutes.

Copal is a tree resin believed to have been used for sacred ceremonies in the Mayan culture. Copal has a unique, spicy aroma. 

Palo Santo: Harvested in Peru, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 60 minutes.

Palo santo is commonly referred to as the “sacred tree”. Its aroma has a citrus note with a velvety sweetness.  

Hinoki: Harvested in Japan, made in Japan. Burn time approx. 50 minutes.

Hinoki is a Japanese cypress tree. Powders from the leaves and bark are used to deliver a refreshing experience that is unique to Hinoki.
